Strategic Partnerships Manager
Staff Pro Workforce Solutions · Miami, United States
Job Description
READY FOR A BIGGER SALES OPPORTUNITY?
Maybe you’ve already proven you can sell.
Now you’re looking for more—more ownership, more room to build, and a role where the relationships you create can actually shape a market.
That’s where this role starts.
As a Strategic Partnership Manager at Staff Pro, you won’t inherit a script and wait for opportunities to land in your inbox. You’ll have a territory to grow, relationships to build, business to win, and the autonomy to make your mark.
If you’re ready to turn your sales experience into something bigger, we should talk.
WHY STAFF PRO?
Because your next role should give you somewhere to go.
Staff Pro is a multi-award-winning workforce solutions company serving hospitality, light industrial, and skilled trades.
But what matters for you?
You’ll join a team that trusts you to own your market, gives you room to build meaningful client relationships, recognizes performance, and invests in your growth.
And if you can prove you know how to generate revenue while building partnerships that last, this role can position you to lead partnerships at the regional level.
YOUR MARKET. YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. YOUR IMPACT.
As Strategic Partnership Manager, you’ll own a book of prospective and existing clients across your assigned territory.
You’ll find the opportunity. Start the conversation. Get in the room. Win the business. Then grow it.
This is a true hunter-and-farmer role for someone who loves the pursuit of new business but knows the best accounts become much more than a single sale.
And you won’t disappear after the contract is signed. You’ll work alongside operations to turn what you sold into a partnership the client wants to keep.
WHAT CAN YOU BUILD?
1. A TERRITORY THAT KEEPS GROWING.
Build a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, community involvement, and Business Development and marketing leads.
Research the businesses you want to win, understand what matters to them, and tailor your approach around the value Staff Pro can deliver.
Then keep moving.
From prospecting and qualifying to pitching, negotiating, and closing, you’ll own the full sales cycle.
2. ACCOUNTS THAT GET BIGGER AFTER THE FIRST “YES.”
Winning the account is just the beginning.
Build relationships that make you the person clients call first. Conduct regular business reviews, uncover new needs, and identify opportunities to expand across Staff Pro’s hospitality, light industrial, and skilled trades solutions.
The target: grow existing accounts 15–20% annually.
3. DEALS THAT MAKE BUSINESS SENSE.
Lead contract and rate negotiations alongside HR & Compliance and Legal.
You’ll know when to push, when to listen, and how to structure competitive deals that win the business without losing sight of healthy margins.
4. PARTNERSHIPS THAT DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISED.
A signed contract isn't a successful partnership unless we deliver.
You’ll give operations a clean, accurate handoff, ensure orders are entered into the Job Order Module, and stay involved through launch so everyone starts on the same page.
5. A NAME PEOPLE KNOW IN YOUR MARKET.
Your territory won't be built entirely from behind a desk.
You'll represent Staff Pro at local events, trade shows, client meetings, and throughout the business community—building the relationships and visibility that create tomorrow's opportunities.
You'll also bring what you're hearing in the market back to Business Development and leadership, helping Staff Pro sharpen its positioning and growth strategy
YOU MIGHT BE EXACTLY WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF...
- You like having a number to chase.
- You'd rather create an opportunity than wait for one.
- You're comfortable making the first call—and confident enough to walk into the meeting.
- You know persistent follow-up is often what separates a lost lead from a signed client.
- You care about the relationship after the sale.
- You understand that great salespeople don't just make promises. They make sure those promises can be delivered.
- And you're ready for a role where strong performance can lead to something bigger.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE HERE
Win new business.
Meet or beat new-revenue and signed-account targets.
Grow what you win.
Expand existing accounts by 15–20% annually.
Never let a good opportunity go cold.
Maintain a qualified, categorized, always-moving pipeline.
Make every handoff count.
Give operations what they need to launch successfully and deliver on expectations.
Own your market presence.
Build relationships and visibility that create new opportunities for Staff Pro.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within staffing, hospitality, or another service industry, with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred —but results and relationships matter more than credentials.
You'll also bring strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; disciplined pipeline and CRM management; and the ability to communicate persuasively both in writing and in the room.
English fluency is required. Bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole is a strong plus.
You'll need a valid driver's license and the ability to travel 50–70% throughout your territory , with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends when clients or business needs call.
THE ROLE BEYOND THE DESK
- Expect a mix of focused pipeline work and time in the field.
- You'll regularly travel throughout your territory to meet prospects, clients, and partners and attend industry and community events. You'll work across hospitality venues, industrial facilities, and trade job sites.
- Travel may shift based on business priorities and territory coverage.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required. Background check and drug screening required.
This is not an exhaustive list. You may take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves.
THINK YOU CAN BUILD SOMETHING HERE?
Bring your relationships. Bring your drive. Bring the experience you've already built.
We'll give you the opportunity to take it further.
