The Department of Cardiology of Northwell Health, the largest provider of cardiovascular care in New York, and The Zucker School of Medicine is seeking a Heart Failure specialist to join North Shore University Hospital's Sandra Atlas Bass Heart Hospital and the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure. An interest in Pulmonary Hypertension would be welcome as well. The Advanced Heart Failure program at Northwell Health is a multi-disciplinary team including heart failure cardiologists and surgeons, trainees, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, as well as pharmacy, behavioral health, social work, and nutritional services.
