Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration/Conversion projects
• Expertise in RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Experience with SPAU, SPDD, SPAU_ENH activities during upgrades and migrations
• Strong knowledge of custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA
• Experience in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and Performance Optimization
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and code review skills
• Experience in Unit Testing, Defect Fixing, and Go-Live Support
• Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with OData Services, Fiori, and SAP Gateway
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and Integration technologies
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield implementations
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of SAP ATC, Simplification Items, and Readiness Check
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
