Job Title: Art Executive

Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Art Executive to contribute to the development of compelling visual communication across static and motion formats. The role involves translating briefs and concepts into engaging visual ideas, working across campaigns and formats, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable working across both static and motion formats — from social media creatives, campaign key visuals and presentations to animations, reels and motion-led content.
• Ability to translate briefs and concepts into compelling visual ideas, rather than only executing predefined layouts.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, craft and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistency across campaigns and formats.
• Comfortable exploring different visual styles and adapting design approaches based on the brand, audience and communication objective.
• Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, strategists while also independently owning creative tasks.
• Good communication, time-management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, static design, motion graphics and conceptual thinking.
• 1.5–3 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, motion design, or a similar creative role; agency experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy and design systems.
• Solid knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, transitions, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, including Higgsfield, Magnific, and similar image/video generation or enhancement platforms.
