About the Role

Xtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through new business development and key account management.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.
• Drive large and strategic deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.
• Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management .
• Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV, Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.
• Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail .
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly driven with strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.
• Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.
