Job Description
As an IT Delivery Lead, you will serve as the primary technical liaison and leader for our IT projects. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Through your expertise in IT project management and deep understanding of technical requirements, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders. You will be the main point of contact for the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance. In this role you will also be involved in business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of IT projects and services for clients, ensuring that they desired functionality and value to the companyPartner with the technical delivery teams to drive the end-to-end project execution and assist in resolving blockersCoordinate and communicate with the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidanceEnsure that the project deliverables are aligned with the strategy and desired outcomesProvide coaching, mentoring, and support to the project team members, and foster a collaborative and positive work environmentContribute to the business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation activitiesStay updated with the latest IT trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to the project deliveryParticipate and/or lead large or complex technical projects
Required Qualifications7 years of related and progressive experience combining IT delivery or support, solutions implementation, product ownership, operations management, team leadership5 years of experience in IT as a product owner or project leader, preferably in a consulting or service delivery role1 year of experience as an Agile team manager, scrum master, or product owner
Preferred Qualifications10 years of related and progressive experience combining IT delivery or support, xzbcwsv solutions implementation, project management, operations management, team leadership10 years of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks in a Windows environment4 years of experience with thin client software and systems5 years deploying software to desktops/service using automated software and deployment tools5 years of systems integration experience in a large complex organization3 years of experience as an Agile team manager, scrum master, or product ownerBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fieldCertification as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Team Coach
Pay Rate$60/hour to $70/hour
