Accounts & Tax Associate

We’re Hiring | Accounts & Tax Associate HCO & Co., Chartered Accountants is looking for an Accounts & Tax Associate to join our team in Bengaluru . This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build strong practical experience in accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance while working closely with multiple clients. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and manage books of accounts for clients • Handle accounting and bookkeeping on Tally / Zoho Books and similar platforms • Prepare and file GST returns and related reconciliations • Assist in preparing GST refund applications and supporting documentation • Prepare working papers and details for GST notices, audits and assessments • Prepare and file TDS returns and related compliances • Assist with ROC / MCA compliances and filings • Coordinate with clients for accounting and compliance-related information • Assist senior team members in tax, accounting and other statutory assignments • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records for clients Who We’re Looking For • B.Com / M.Com, IPCC, CMA-Inter or equivalent Commerce graduate • 1–2 years of relevant experience , preferably in a CA firm • Good working knowledge of Tally and/or Zoho Books • Comfortable with MS Excel, Word and other MS Office applications • Basic practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliances • Good communication and client coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet statutory deadlines • Willingness to learn and take ownership of assignments What You’ll Get • Practical exposure to Accounts, GST, TDS, ROC and tax compliances • Opportunity to work with clients across different industries • Hands-on exposure to GST refunds, notices, audits and advisory assignments • Learning-oriented environment with direct guidance from experienced professionals • Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm Location: Jayamahal, Bengaluru Experience: 1–2 years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate Employment: Full-time Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV / profile through LinkedIn or contacting us at Hiring AccountsJobs GSTJobs AccountantJobs TaxJobs CAFirm BangaloreJobs BengaluruJobs AccountingJobs GST TDS ROC FinanceJobs JobsInBangalore
