Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for Design & Detailing Engineers (Structural), Draftsman, and Project Manager. Design & Detailing Engineers will prepare structural analysis and design, develop detailed drawings and reinforcement schedules, coordinate with architects and MEP teams, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Draftsman team members will produce accurate CAD drawings, update revisions, maintain drawing records, and support engineers and architects with detailed plans and layouts. The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage timelines and resources, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, monitor site progress, and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications. All roles involve regular documentation, participation in review meetings, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and structural design, with the ability to interpret and develop architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and detailing structural and architectural plans.
• Capability in Graphic Design and Graphics for presenting concepts, layouts, and visual documentation in a clear, professional manner.
• Research skills to study codes, standards, new materials, and construction methods, and to support design and project decisions.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience in building, industrial, or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in Indian standards and local regulations.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and communication abilities, including stakeholder and vendor management for the Project Manager role.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Coimbatore.
