- Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight for SDR development.
- Lead development and execution of the radio capability roadmap.
- Manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Coordinate software, hardware, cybersecurity, integration, and test teams.
- Lead technical reviews and customer meetings.
- Oversee verification, validation, and operational evaluation.
- Evaluate system performance during lab, integration, and field testing.
- Identify technical risks and brief program leadership and government customers.
- U.S. Citizen
- ** MUST ** be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience with software-defined radios, waveform development, or wireless communications.
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle.
- Experience with integration, testing, or evaluation of complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience with SDR architectures or waveform implementation.
- Experience supporting DoW or other government programs.
- Experience with defense acquisition.
- Familiarity with Models Based System Engineering (MBSE).
- Active U.S. security clearance.
