TheXMedia builds personal brands and lead-generation systems for service professionals: realtors, lawyers, mortgage agents, immigration consultants, and similar. We need a script writer who can turn a client's expertise into talking-head video scripts that get watched, get shared, and get the client business.

This isn't content writing. Every script has to do two jobs at once: hold attention the way a creator's content does, and build the client's authority so viewers become leads.

• Write talking-head video scripts (hooks, structure, pacing, CTAs) for multiple clients across different niches

• Adapt tone and positioning per client while keeping scripts native to short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

• Turn client expertise and raw knowledge into relatable, story-driven content, not generic advice

• Write hooks and openings built to stop the scroll in the first 2-3 seconds

• Balance virality (watch time, shares, saves) with business outcomes (authority, trust, lead generation)

• Collaborate with videographers and editors, so scripts translate on camera • Stay current on short-form trends and formats, not what worked six months ago

• Strong English writing with a natural spoken cadence, not written-for-reading copy

• A demonstrated understanding of what makes short-form content relatable and shareable: hook structure, pattern interrupts, storytelling, emotional beats

• Ability to write for business outcomes, not just views: content that builds a personal brand and generates leads

• A portfolio or writing samples showing scripts (or equivalent content) that performed

• Experience as a content creator yourself, any platform, any niche; you understand virality because you've lived it

• Experience writing for or alongside a content creator/influencer

• Familiarity with service-based industries (real estate, legal, finance, immigration, insurance)
