Hiring | VP – Business Development | Digital Manufacturing & Data Analytics

We’re looking for a senior enterprise sales leader with 16+ years of B2B consultative / solution sales experience to drive growth across Pharma & Life Sciences .

This is NOT a generic IT / SaaS sales role.

We’re specifically looking for leaders who have sold solutions around:

Digital Manufacturing / MES / MOM

Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing / IIoT

Manufacturing & Operational Analytics

Industrial Data / AI / Digital Platforms

Electronic Batch Records / Digital Operations

Manufacturing Transformation / Plant Digitization

Experience with platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Körber PAS-X, Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA PI, AspenTech, SAP Digital Manufacturing, ThingWorx, DELMIA, Seeq, MasterControl or similar is highly relevant.

What we’re looking for:

• 16+ years | 18–20 ideal

• Proven enterprise B2B hunting & new-logo acquisition

• Strong CXO-level selling

• Pharma / Life Sciences customer relationships

• Exposure to Manufacturing / Operations / Plant environments

• Ownership of revenue, pipeline & large enterprise deals

• Experience selling at Corporate + Site level

We’re particularly interested in senior sales leaders from industrial technology, MES, digital manufacturing, industrial data/analytics, life sciences technology and relevant consulting/SI ecosystems.
