A D Infra is a growing real estate company based in Chattarpur, South Delhi, specializing in residential projects. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build a high-performing team across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates through Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates until joining. Build and maintain a strong candidate database. Onboarding Complete joining formalities and documentation. Coordinate employee induction and onboarding. Maintain employee records and personnel files. HR Operations Maintain attendance and leave records. Support payroll coordination. Assist in employee engagement activities. Handle employee exit formalities. Key Result Areas (KRA)RecruitmentClose open positions within agreed timelines. Hiring QualityEnsure suitable candidates are hired as per role requirements. Joining RatioMaintain minimum 80% joining ratio of offered candidates. Candidate PipelineBuild a continuous talent pool for future hiring needs. DocumentationEnsure 100% employee records are updated and maintained. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 4–8 successful hires per month. 100+ candidate screenings per month. 40+ interviews coordinated per month. 80%+ offer acceptance rate. 80%+ joining conversion rate. Timely closure of all assigned vacancies. Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. 1–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience in sales hiring preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, and MS Excel. Preferred Experience Real Estate Recruitment Sales Hiring Startup or SME Environment Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives Work Location
