Role Summary

Own and drive complete sales operations for an assigned state by leading regional sales teams,

expanding market presence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while ensuring operational

excellence.

What You Will Do

• Own P& L and sales performance for the assigned state

• Develop and execute state-level sales strategy

• Lead Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers

• Build a robust dealer and distribution network

• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion

• Monitor sales forecasting, collections, and profitability

• Develop strategic relationships with key customers and channel partners

• Collaborate with Leadership on business planning and expansion

• Review business performance through dashboards and KPIs

• Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales governance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading large sales teams

• Strong business planning and commercial acumen

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinking with execution excellence

• Ability to scale sales operations across large geographies

• Experience in Battery, EV Battery, Lithium Batteries or preferred industries preferred
