In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needsManage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing bank’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offersCandidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closingWork cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusionLeverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partnersSource stellar candidates. xzbcwsv Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience OR a combination of the three
