About the Role We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Healthcare Calling Process. The role involves assisting patients/customers over the phone with healthcare-related services, particularly scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to healthcare services.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling medical appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding appointments, healthcare services, and related queries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer queries to the appropriate team.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice/calling/customer service process preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, medical appointment booking, BPO, or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/calling systems. • Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
