Senior Product Manager - SME Onboarding & Activation

Mashreq Bank is seeking a capable leader to own the downstream SME onboarding journey, spanning account fulfillment, activation and funding. You will partner with operations, compliance and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies and reduce activation times, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers in KLI, drive activation targets, monitor STP and backlog metrics, and influence senior management for key initiatives.
