• Kitchen Operations : Manage mise en place, inventory, and workflow in the dim sum section.
• Team Collaboration : Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef in fine-dining or luxury restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and modern adaptations.
• Culinary certification or equivalent professional training preferred.
