A rapidly growing home services organization is seeking four experienced and entrepreneurial General Managers to launch and lead a new service division. We are hiring General Managers across four specialty areas:

Pool Services

HVAC Services

Plumbing Services

Pest Control Services

These individuals will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, managing day-to-day operations, developing teams, and establishing a strong market presence. The ideal candidates have experience serving single-family residential customers and possess a strong understanding of field service operations.

This is an opportunity to build and grow a business unit from the ground up while partnering with executive leadership to execute growth strategies and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

The General Managers will lead the launch and growth of a new service branch within their assigned specialty area, driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion while establishing a strong local presence. This individual will build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and high retention rates. The General Managers will oversee all branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, service delivery, inventory management, budgeting, and performance tracking, while recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team. They will be responsible for resolving escalated customer concerns, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, monitoring operational and financial KPIs, identifying new business opportunities, and continuously improving processes to support sustainable growth and long-term success.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-3+ years of leadership experience within one of the four service-based industries (Pool, HVAC, Plumbing, or Pest Control) -Experience managing customer relationships and growing business accounts -Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational performance, and achieve financial goals -Strong business acumen and understanding of branch-level operations -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
