Role Description The Senior Corporate Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing and optimizing corporate administration and office operations for Aimlay’s recruitment function. This role includes managing administrative policies and procedures, coordinating office support services, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. The Senior Corporate Admin Manager will supervise administrative staff, handle vendor and facility management, and support senior leadership with scheduling, documentation, and compliance-related activities. The position also involves coordinating recruitment-related logistics, maintaining accurate records and databases, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications Operations Oversight: Manage daily office activities, facilities, and workflow to ensure smooth operations. Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage administrative staff, fostering high performance. Policy & Procedure: Develop, implement, and refine administrative policies and procedures for enhanced efficiency. Event Management Vendor Management Budgeting: Oversee administrative budgets, manage expenses, and control resource allocation. Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with other departments to support projects and resource needs. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety, and regulatory standards. Data & Records: Maintain company databases, records, and manage internal/external communication.
