Developed a treatment plan for clients based on diagnosed condition. Track patients the progress within the specific program of treatment about their results. Offered counseling services to the patients, Explaining steps of procedure to patients & post surgery follow up medicines, hair wash etc. Managing overall Consultation and treatment process and conversions. Responded to client’s Questions, issue and complaints in a timely manner and found appropriate solution when needed. Make alternative booking arrangement if changes arise before or during their trip.
