About CityIndex
CityIndex is a financial education and research-driven company helping individuals and professionals make better-informed decisions about financial markets.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across our financial education programs and products.
What You’ll Do
- Own sales targets, revenue and the complete sales pipeline.
- Handle leads, sales calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Understand our financial education programs and products and communicate their value clearly.
- Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Identify new sales opportunities and channels.
- Track performance and continuously improve the sales process.
- Eventually build and lead a sales team as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, financial education, wealth management, banking or a similar industry is a plus.
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, numbers and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
