Civil cad expert / trainer (autocad civil 3d)

We're hiring a Civil Auto CAD Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our civil engineering and design teams. You'll work closely with our technical leadership to build training content, run hands-on sessions, and help engineers strengthen their Auto CAD and civil drafting capabilities — from fundamentals to advanced workflows used on live global projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, structure, and deliver Auto CAD (2 D/Civil 3 D) training modules for civil engineering teams Customize training content based on project needs — site layout, land development, RCC/structural detailing, drafting standards Conduct hands-on workshops, assessments, and skill-gap evaluations Collaborate with technical/project teams to align training with real project requirements and international drafting standards Track trainee progress and report on training effectiveness (KRAs to be shared) Stay current with Auto CAD updates, Civil 3 D features, and industry-standard drafting practices

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Civil Auto CAD training or civil design/drafting with training responsibilities Strong command of Auto CAD (2 D essential; Civil 3 D preferred) Prior exposure to global/international projects is a strong plus (US, UK, GCC, or similar) Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify technical concepts for varied experience levels Autodesk Authorized Instructor certification is a plus, not mandatory Based in or willing to relocate to Pune
