HIRING | ORDER MANAGEMENT | PUNE
We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune!
Experience - 1-5 YRS
Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment
Handle customer orders, booking activities & billing queries
Work on SAP; SAP By D experience preferred
SNOW / Service Now knowledge is an added advantage
Coordinate effectively with internal & client stakeholders
Handle reporting and analysis using MS Excel
Conduct process training and structured learning sessions
Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials
Key Requirements
Excellent written & verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Ready to work from office
Shipping / Logistics industry experience is preferred
IMPORTANT: Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered.
Relocation candidates are not preferred due to client requirements.
