Academic Coordinator

Base Location: Chandigarh and Ambala

Job Description

· Providing training in curriculum implementation

· Conducting center visits for operational support

· Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers

· Orientation programs for parents and teachers

· Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers

· Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned

· Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers

· To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms

Desired Skills

· Excellent command over English

· Should be familiar with the preschool industry

· Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantage

· The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month

· Well versed with early childhood curriculum
