Job Title: Product Manager Digital App

Department: Retail Banking

Job Overview

To own and manage the Bank's Retail Digital App by driving product strategy, customer experience, feature development, digital engagement, and performance optimization. The role is responsible for ensuring the Retail App delivers a seamless, intuitive, and secure banking experience that drives customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and digital adoption while supporting the Bank's Retail Banking strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Retail Digital App product roadmap
• Own customer journeys across onboarding, account management, payments, transfers, cards, deposits, financing, and servicing functionalities
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and feature enhancements
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to deliver new capabilities
• Drive continuous enhancement of app usability, functionality, and customer engagement
• Monitor app performance, adoption rates, customer activity, and transaction trends
• Analyze customer feedback, app reviews, customer behavior, and usage analytics
• Support development of self-service and digital servicing capabilities
• Manage product backlog and support Agile delivery processes
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validations, and implementation readiness activities
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify innovation opportunities
• Ensure alignment of app journeys with customer lifecycle and proposition strategies
• Coordinate app releases and product launches with all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs including active users, engagement levels, transaction volumes, app ratings, and digital conversion rates
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, data privacy requirements, and Shariah principles
• Support ecosystem integrations with fintechs, payment providers, and strategic partners
• Prepare product performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Liaise with the Customer Experience (CX) team to monitor customer feedback, identify pain points, and implement improvements across customer journeys and service touchpoints

Experience Required

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in: Digital Banking, Mobile App Product Management, Retail Banking, Product Management, Fintech, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation
• Experience managing customer-facing digital applications and mobile banking platforms preferred.

Educational Background Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in Islamic Banking will be an added advantage.
