Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in the aquaculture/marine feed industry

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic, results-driven  Field Sales and Marketing professionals to join our growing team at the Bapatla local areas. In this role, you will be the face of Royal Marine Foods on the ground. You will directly connect with farmers, build strong relationships, and drive the sales of our high-quality marine products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Engagement : Travel across assigned territories to meet, consult, and build trust with local farmers.
• Sales Growth : Introduce and sell Royal Marine Foods' product range by demonstrating value and technical benefits.
• Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and establish a robust network of farmers and distributors.
• Relationship Management : Provide on-ground support to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Track Record : Minimum 8 years of field sales experience, specifically within aquaculture, marine products, or agricultural sales.
• Strong Network : Existing relationships with the farming community in and around Andhra Pradesh.
• Communication Skills : Excellent local language skills to pitch effectively and negotiate on the field.
• Self-Driven : A proactive professional who loves working outdoors and meeting targets.
