Role Summary:Provide field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and break-fix support for small to medium UPS, PDU, and battery systems in customer locations.
Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDU, power products, and battery systems (2–120 KVA).Provide on-site and remote customer support.Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.Complete service reports, inventory tracking, and administrative documentation.Follow safety procedures and meet customer response-time requirements.Requirements:ASEET/AMEET certification or equivalent technical training preferred.4+ years military technical experience OR 2+ years industry experience.Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and test equipment.Strong communication and time-management skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and service software.Valid driver's license required. xzbcwsv
Ideal backgrounds: Electrical Technician, Electronics Technician, UPS Technician, Power Systems Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Data Center Technician, or military electrical/electronics experience.
