We're Hiring: Customer Service Associate

upto 4.5LPA Day Shift

What you'll do:

• Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls

• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution

• Schedule and manage student classes

• Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back

What we're looking for:

• Prior customer service experience

• Strong English communication

• Bachelor's degree

• Available to work from office (in-person role)

Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
