Sales Executive

Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline for Glass Manufacturing industry. This full-time, on-site role based in RT Nagar, Bengaluru involves meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits when required, preparing and presenting proposals, and following up on inquiries to close deals. The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, coordinate with the design and project teams to align customer requirements, and support contract negotiations. The role includes market research, competitor analysis, and participation in client meetings and events to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth. Regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics will be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Sales is a mandatory requirement.
• Candidate must be willing to work On-site.
• Must be proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi Language speaking skills as a mandatory requirement.
• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure in infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
• Candidate must possess client relationship management skills, with experience in customer engagement, needs analysis, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Must have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, partners, internal teams.
• Liability to understand basic architectural, construction, or project management concepts communicate offerings effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS office, and digital communication platforms to track report sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, equivalent practical experience.
