Job Title: Centre Head – FORCE

Function: Finance and Accounts

Location: Pune

Reports to: CFO

About the Role: Hindalco is looking for a transformational finance leader to head the FORCE (Finance Centre of Excellence), a strategic platform driving enterprise-wide finance operations, governance, and transformation across Hindalco.

The Centre Head – FORCE will lead large-scale, multi-business finance shared services, covering R2 R, AP, AR, Costing, and Taxation, while shaping FORCE into a digitally enabled, insight-driven finance engine.

This role goes beyond operational excellence, it is about driving enterprise value through improved cost productivity, working capital efficiency, cash flow discipline, and analytics-led decision support.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance Shared Services operations across businesses, plants, and branches Establish strong governance, controls, SOPs, and risk frameworks Drive finance transformation, including automation, digitization, and analytics-led controls Lead transition and consolidation of finance processes into the Co E Deliver audit-worthy, timely, and accurate financial outputs Build scalable talent, technology, and process capabilities Partner with CFO, Business CFOs, and Controllers as a strategic advisor Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence Represent the organization in industry forums and best-practice networks

Who should apply

Chartered Accountants / Cost & Management Accountants / Post Graduates in Financial Management Over 15years of experience in Finance, with 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
