Senior Executive - Customer Support and Operations

Role: Executive / Senior Executive - Customer Service, Operations and Vendor Coordination

Experience: 1–4 years

Location: Mumbai – Bandra / Goregaon preferred

Work Pattern: 50% Office / 50% Field

Travel: Required

Reports to: Assistant/Deputy Manager / Senior Management

Role Purpose

Support customer communication, daily operations and coordination with vendors, manufacturers and suppliers. Excellent English, email-writing and follow-up skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and resolutions.

- Maintain customer-service records and escalate issues.

- Draft customer, vendor and supplier correspondence.

- Prepare internal updates and reports.

- Maintain operational trackers and deadlines.

- Coordinate with India-based and international stakeholders.

- Obtain quotations and compare proposals.

- Track samples, specifications, approvals, orders and deliveries.

- Follow up on delays and escalate quality, pricing or delivery issues.

- Visit vendors and suppliers when required.

Essential Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong professional email-writing and customer-service skills.

- Excellent coordination and follow-up.

- Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

- Attention to detail and telephone etiquette.

- Vendor communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and travel as required.

Preferred: Customer support, operations, procurement, F&B, hospitality, logistics, e-commerce or D2C experience.
