We are looking for an experienced and highly organized School Admin Head to lead and manage the school's administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. Manage transport, security, housekeeping, hostel, maintenance, and campus facilities. Ensure smooth coordination between academic and administrative departments. Supervise administrative staff and monitor their performance. Maintain records, documentation, vendor management, and procurement activities. Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, statutory requirements, and school policies. Coordinate admission processes and parent support services. Manage school inventory, assets, and annual administrative budgets. Organize school events, inspections, audits, and official visits. Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Eligibility Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred). MBA/PGDM in Administration or Operations Management will be an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of school administration, operations, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/School Management Software.

Experience Minimum 8–12 years of experience in administration or operations. At least 3–5 years in a leadership role in a school, educational institution, or large organization. Experience in CBSE school administration will be preferred.
