Job Title: Activity Assistant (Full-Time) Shift: Evening 2:00pm - 10:30pm Location: Salinas, CA Pay: $16.90 - $17.73 per hour Pacific Coast Post-Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility in Salinas. Role Overview You will work with the Activity Director to lead a vibrant activities program. Your goal is to keep residents engaged and active through physical, mental, and social programs. Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily group activities and special events.
• Provide 1-on-1 support to encourage resident participation.
• Ensure all programs follow state and federal regulations.
• Support a positive and uplifting environment for residents and staff.

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to work with a senior population.
