Title: Talent scouting & servicing - Music Location: Mumbai Designation- A&R manager Job Overview- Seeking a dynamic and passionate Music Scouting & Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting new music talent, tracks, and emerging artists, while also playing a critical role in shaping the music catalog, driving audience engagement, and ensuring the growth of our artists and Labels. Key Responsibilities- Music Scouting & Discovery - Actively scout new and emerging music talent across various genres. - Maintain and grow a network of artists and labels. Monitor industry trends to identify potential hits. - Collaborate with marketing, and creative teams to select the best tracks for upcoming releases. Track Servicing & Distribution - Work closely with artists and labels to strategize and plan effective release campaigns. - Organize and maintain the music catalog, ensuring that all files, promotional assets, and information are up-to date and easily accessible. - Monitor and manage the performance of serviced tracks, ensuring they receive optimal exposure across digital and traditional media platforms. - Collaborate with the operations team for seamless release execution and handle follow-ups as needed. - Partner with marketing team to assess track performance and suggest data-driven adjustments to strategies.
