Working in our state-of-the-art Control Room, you will oversee and monitor over 250,000 daily batch jobs, manage z/OS mainframe environments, handle job abends via

Control-M , and resolve incidents in

ServiceNow

following standard operating procedures (SOPs). What We Are Looking For: 1–3 years

of experience in technology operations, control room, or mainframe system administration. Hands-on familiarity with

mainframe environments (z/OS)

and basic

JCL

concepts. Experience with job scheduling and workload automation tools (specifically

Control-M ). Hands-on experience using

ServiceNow

for incident logging and ticket management. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced
