This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population of all ages. The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows consistent with FQHC standards and is supported by medical assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and a site supporter. The facility is organized to provide accessible, coordinated healthcare services within a professional clinical environment.

The area offers clinicians on assignment a broad range of activities suited to varied interests. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Required credentials include board certification or board eligibility, an active state medical license, DEA registration, BLS certification, active Medicaid enrollment, and prescriptive authority. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
