The Role The Chef will develop new dishes, drinks, and seasonal menus while ensuring everything we serve is consistent, cost-effective, and scalable for daily café operations. Responsibilities : •⁠ ⁠Design and test new menu items (food and beverage), from concept to final recipe •⁠ ⁠Standardize recipes with precise measurements, plating guides, and prep instructions for consistency across shifts •⁠ ⁠Source and evaluate ingredients, including seasonal and local options •⁠ ⁠Calculate food costs and portion size
