The role involves assisting international customers with money transfer services, explaining exchange rates, transfer charges, transaction status, and resolving customer queries while delivering an excellent customer experience. Eligibility Criteria •⁠ ⁠HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 1 year of International BPO experience •⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills •⁠ ⁠English Proficiency: C1–C2 (Mandatory) •⁠ ⁠SVAR Score: 70+ (Mandatory) Salary : Up to ₹41,000 In-Hand (Best in Industry) Shift Details •⁠ ⁠24×7 Rotational Shifts (Mostly US Shifts) •⁠ ⁠9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
