We are expanding production capacity and bringing on 1 to 2 high-converting Project Sales Closers / BDMs across Delhi NCR.

The sole mandate is securing complete multi-unit residential woodwork packages—specifically 4-floor builder floors (stilt + 4), luxury residences, and turnkey interior fit-outs. A typical 250–500 sq. yd. building represents 4 kitchens + 12 to 16 full-height wardrobes (contract value: ₹20 Lakhs to ₹30+ Lakhs) .

Because LinkedIn does not provide separate fields for non-standard compensation structures, our available tracks are outlined below:

• Strict Eligibility: Must have direct, proven sales closing experience strictly within the modular kitchen and wardrobe industry . General interior designers or architects seeking salaried design positions should not apply for this salaried track.
• Fixed Compensation (All-Inclusive): ₹75,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (Consolidated, all-inclusive monthly package covering base pay, local field travel, and communication allowance).
• Incentive: Uncapped, collection-linked commission paid directly on project advances and milestone receipts.
• Earning Potential: Delivering the baseline target of two 4-floor builder packages a month brings monthly earnings to ₹1,60,000 – ₹2,00,000++ . There is no upper ceiling —top closers delivering 3 to 4 packages comfortably scale past ₹3,00,000+ per month .

• Target: Practicing architects, interior designers, turnkey contractors, or retail modular sales professionals who have live residential clients needing custom modular execution and want to monetize their order book on a project-commission basis.
• Commercial Terms: Direct 3% to 5% revenue share on the gross contract value of every closed building.
• Immediate Liquidity: A 4% cut on a ₹25 Lakh building yields an immediate ₹1,00,000 commission , with the first tranche paid out the day the builder's 50% mobilization advance clears.
• Discretion: Complete commercial confidentiality assured.

• Mine active relationships with residential builders, turnkey civil contractors, architects, and interior designers across Delhi NCR to extract live kitchen and wardrobe packages.
• Conduct rapid site evaluations, capture custom architectural dimensions, and coordinate with our design desk to close deals on structured advance payments.
• Protect cash flow by enforcing payment milestones prior to factory dispatch.
• Coordinate site handover measurements with our in-house production desk for seamless custom manufacturing.

• Industry Experience (Non-Negotiable): 3 to 7 years of on-ground sales and business development experience strictly within the modular kitchen and wardrobe sector .
• Role Clarification: We are hiring commercial deal closers , not interior stylists or draftspersons. Candidates must understand how to quote, negotiate, and extract advance payments from commercial builders and developers.
• Live Site Visibility: Immediate, verifiable access to residential builder sites currently at the plaster/woodwork stage across NCR.
• Technical Grip: Solid working fluency with custom carcass substrates (HDHMR, calibrated ply), hardware systems (Blum, Hettich, Ebco), and modern handle-free shutter finishes (PET, acrylic, laminates).
• Mobility: Must be active in the field and able to cover client meetings and construction sites across Delhi NCR. (Personal vehicle is not mandatory).
