Civil Works Contracting (CWC) is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in leading heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful execution while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, builds strong relationships, and takes ownership of project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.Monitor project financial performance, schedules, resources, and overall progress.Identify and proactively address project risks and challenges.Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project stakeholders.Champion a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For:Candidates should have demonstrated project management experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction operations, project financials, and scheduling.
