WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant
POSITION SCOPE:The Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant supports the client-facing experience and the daily operational flow of the boutique during our holiday season. This role ensures the space is warm and inviting, helps maintain presentation standards, and assists the sales team with hospitality, product wrapping, and pulling merchandise so that every client interaction reflects FoundRae values. This role will support the holiday season.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Experience & Sales SupportWarmly greet and welcome clients, creating an elevated first impressionSupport hospitality throughout the client visitAssist the sales team by pulling and preparing product for client viewingsAssist with product wrapping and presentation for client purchasesPrepare gifting materials and support replenishment of packaging suppliesRespond to clients in a welcoming and inviting manner across all forms of communication
Store Operations
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and back-of-houseSupport inventory-related tasks, including pulling and returning product to secure storageCollaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily flowPack and prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and careEnsure all outgoing packages meet FoundRae standards and shipping timelinesSupport store presentation and housekeeping, informing xzbcwsv management of any needsSupport closing duties, including securing product, cabinets, and doors as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client service preferredHigh level of attention to detail and pride in presentation standardsAbility to collaborate across teams and follow established processesProfessional demeanor and commitment to the FoundRae client experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
