Business Development Manager – Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
This is a fully remote position & prior HR Tech industry experience is mandatory.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong HR Tech & SaaS sales background to drive new business with SMEs and enterprise clients and manage the end-to-end sales cycle .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify prospects and build strong client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure .
- Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation.
- Track sales activities and opportunities through CRM.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven HR Tech sales experience , preferably in SaaS.
- Experience selling to SMEs and enterprise clients .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
