Job Description Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates. Help manage procurement and material tracking. Review drawings and contract documents. Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting. Support estimating and preconstruction activities. Assist in project closeout and turnover processes. The Successful Applicant 1-4 years of experience in construction project management. Retail, interiors, commercial, or tenant improvement experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. Eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
