Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include: 3-5 years of project management or owner's representative experience A bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering or construction management preferred) Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Project Procore required Coordinate and manage overall project files and systems Manage Requests for Information (RFI's), submittals, and shop drawings Attend and distribute meeting minutes; take weekly progress photos Support construction inspection, scheduling, and quality control/quality assurance Salary: $85K-$110K+ per year, commensurate with experience.
