HIRING | ORDER MANAGEMENT | PUNE We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune! Experience - 1-5YRS Location: Pune Shift: Rotational Shifts Work Mode: Work From Office Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment ✅ Handle customer orders, booking activities & billing queries ✅ Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience preferred ✅ SNOW / ServiceNow knowledge is an added advantage ✅ Coordinate effectively with internal & client stakeholders ✅ Handle reporting and analysis using MS Excel ✅ Conduct process training and structured learning sessions ✅ Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials Key Requirements ✔ Excellent written & verbal communication ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts ✔ Ready to work from office ✔ Shipping / Logistics industry experience is preferred IMPORTANT: Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered.
