Region: BerkshireI have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join an award-winning small to medium sized developer on a permanent basis, initially working on luxury houses and apartments across Berkshire.The company have been operating for over decades and have earned a great reputation with their clients for delivering beautiful, popular housing developments.The company currently has a strong line of upcoming work, with contracts ranging from 10m to 80m in value.They are looking for experienced Site Managers that have a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes of similar value.
