About BabyBillion

BabyBillion is building a safe, smart and engaging learning platform for young children aged 2–8.

We create and curate short-form content across stories, rhymes, learning, habits, festivals, moral lessons and everyday skills. Our goal is to build one of India's largest and highest-quality kids content libraries while keeping the experience completely ad-free and parent-friendly.

What You'll Do

• Create and edit engaging video content specifically for the BabyBillion App.
• Convert scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into visually compelling videos for kids.
• Use AI-powered tools for video generation, animation, character creation, voiceovers, lip-sync, backgrounds, and visual effects .
• Experiment with different AI workflows to produce content faster while maintaining high quality.
• Create short-form, episodic, educational, entertainment, and interactive video formats for the app.
• Work closely with the Content, Scriptwriting, Product, and Creative teams to develop app-first video experiences.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Maintain consistency in characters, visual language, storytelling style, and overall brand identity.
• Repurpose and adapt existing content into formats suitable for the app.
• Stay updated with emerging AI video-generation and editing technologies and identify tools that can improve the content creation process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver content within defined timelines.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in video editing, animation, content creation, or a related field .
• Strong understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software .
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, or similar platforms .
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, sound design, and editing .
• Ability to turn a simple script or idea into an engaging visual story.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and rapidly learning new workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume content requirements.

Good to Have

• Experience creating kids' content or family-oriented content .
• Experience with AI-generated characters, animation, or storytelling .
• Knowledge of motion graphics and 2D/3D animation.
• Understanding of content designed for mobile apps and short attention spans .
• Experience creating content for Reels, Shorts, OTT platforms, or other digital video platforms.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating AI-assisted video creation and editing .
