Project Coordinator/Sales & Growth

The MindVeda is a growing mental health organization working with schools, colleges, corporates, and individuals to make quality mental healthcare accessible. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-oriented professional to work directly with the founders and take ownership of partnerships, business development, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end execution of The MindVeda's collaborations and institutional projects.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with schools, colleges, corporates, and other organizations.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and partnership enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential collaborators and support the founders throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and institutional partners.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workshops, counselling programs, and other services.
• Track project timelines, client requirements, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle client communication and operational queries whenever required.
• Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive experience for clients throughout their engagement with The MindVeda.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Freshers can apply too
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is an added advantage.
