About the roleWe are hiring our first Talent Acquisition & Operations Lead to help build the team, and the company around it, in New York. This is a role for someone with a few years of tech recruiting under their belt who is ready to own the function, not just support it. You will work directly with our leadership, and you will grow as fast as the company does.
What you’ll doTalent Acquisition (~70%)Own the full recruiting cycle, from intake and sourcing to offer and closePartner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, scorecards and interview loopsSource proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, not just post and waitManage relationships with external recruiters and agencies, and know when to use themRun a candidate experience that reflects how we want to be seen in the marketSet up and own our recruiting tools, process and reportingBuild onboarding so new hires are productive from week oneOperations (~30%)Run our SoHo office: vendors, supplies, facilities, and making it a place people want to show up toSupport the GTM team with logistics for events, customer meetings, offsites and travelOwn internal processes that keep a fast-growing team organizedPick up whatever falls between the cracks, and then make sure it stops falling there
What we’re looking for3-5 years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with startup experience a strong plusExperience running hiring processes end to end, or a clear readiness to take that onHands-on sourcing experience and comfort reaching out to candidates coldSome exposure to office management, vendor management or business operationsHighly organized, able to juggle many open loops without dropping xzbcwsv anyComfortable operating in ambiguity with very little structureHigh ownership mentality and a bias to actionStrong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and teammatesHungry to learn and grow into a senior talent roleInterest in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS is a big advantageExperience working with cross-border teams across the US and Israel is a plus
