We are searching for a creative powerhouse to serve as the lead architect of our social media narrative. The ideal candidate is an idea generator who naturally understands internet culture, digital grooming, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for conceptualizing out-of-the-box content ideas, designing engagement strategies, and elevating our social media profiles to stand out in the digital landscape.

What You'll Do

• Creative Ideation: Brainstorm, develop, and pitch highly engaging, original content ideas tailored for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).


• Strategy & Grooming: Design long-term social media strategies to aggressively grow our follower base, improve brand visibility, and boost audience engagement.


• Trend Spotting: Continuously monitor digital trends, viral formats, and industry conversations to keep our brand relevant and culturally aligned.


• Content Planning: Build and manage comprehensive social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent and compelling posting schedule.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and the broader marketing team to bring your creative concepts to life.


• Performance Analysis: Review social media metrics to understand what content resonates with our audience and adjust strategies accordingly.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience in content strategy, social media management, creative writing, or digital marketing.


• Location: Must currently reside in B-17, D-17, Taxila, Wah Cantt, or immediate surrounding areas. Commuting ease is a priority for this on-site role.


• Creative Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas. (Please include links to previous campaigns, social media accounts managed, or a creative portfolio).

Nice to Have

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for impactful copywriting.


• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviors.
